Private Room in Convenient Neighborhood - Comiskey Casa

Looking for a private room as comfortable and inviting as a hotel room, well look no further! Our private guest room comes fully equipped with a queen size bed (with obligatory decorative throw pillows), 2 end tables (both with lamps that have a USB and USB-C outlet), extra chargers and outlets for all of your devices, freshly washed towels that are individually packaged just for you, a folding luggage rack for your pesky luggage, a small trash can, large flat screen TV with an Apple TV that has all of the streaming apps at the ready, a PS4 pro with access to games, an Alexa assistant device, a full coffee bar with K-Cups, Tea Sachets, and all of the fixings INCLUDED, and of course high speed WiFi internet access is also included. The room also has a closet and some drawers that you are welcome to use if you have some extra junk in the trunk 😉.

Right next to your private bedroom is a clean bathroom that is shared with our roommate, but you’ll have no issues using it when you need it. In the bathroom you will have your own sink and a shower with a High Pressure 8-mode Handheld Shower Head that will have you showering in luxery…and if certain areas need some extra cleaning our toilets even come equipped with a sprayer that we ensure is cleaned and sanitized between visits. There’s even another Alexa device here so you can listen to music while you shower.

Last but not least you’ll even have access to any travel-sized toiletries you may have left behind, such as; a toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shaving cream, deodorant, and more…we even have condoms and individual use packets of lube available, just in case ;).

We also offer access to the open kitchen and living space downstairs which are great for getting to know our guests. We even have a mini gym set up if you need to let out some frustration while you’re here. Outside we have a covered sitting area with a gas fire pit, gas grill, and a fully fenced in backyard. There is also a dedicated gaming area upstairs but that is off limits to guests. Clothing is also fully optional while walking around the house or lounging in your room…but we do recommend wearing clothes if you are outside your room as we do have cameras in all public spaces for security purposes only. If you plan on hanging out with us and relaxing in the public areas we do require you to at least wear something to cover the major areas before sitting on the furniture in the public areas. I will also gladly hang out with you in your room and relax (clothed or unclothed) if you’d rather a little quieter of a stay while we get to know each other.

As for the “us” that I mentioned above you have my husband and I whom are in an open relationship, our roommate (that is also gay) and 2 dogs (a husky and a little terrier). The dogs do roam freely, but never access the room you will be staying in, and we do our best to keep them away from you while you’re here. The dogs (and humans) are super friendly, but can be a little jumpy if excited (mostly the dogs). We also allow you to bring pets (restrictions apply) and we have a fully fenced in backyard for them to roam.

We are only 2 miles away from the Charlotte Premium Outlets, and depending on traffic you can get to the airport in around 15 minutes or to Uptown in around 20 minutes. We are also close to several gay clubs/bars, most of which are only 15 minutes away.
