Smoking is only permitted outdoors on the patio. No glass in or near the pool. We have a clothing optional policy, please use towels on the furniture when you are in the common areas. There are security cameras in use, 5 outside (1 by the pool can be disabled upon request) 1 inside in the kitchen. Out of respect for others, we ask that there is no excessive noise after 11pm outside. No overnight visitors that are not on the room(s) booking information. The entry code for the front door should not to be shared with anyone outside the people listed on the booking information. If you should need to do laundry please, do not leave clothing unattended in washer or dryer. Respect others privacy and do not enter areas outside the booked room(s), bathroom and common areas.
The WiFi code will be posted in the room. The front door entry code can be chosen by you and will be disabled at checkout. Extended stays are allowed based on availability. Personal belongings left behind will be kept for 30 days.
