In our house with remarkable architecture, you can enjoy a 19 m2 bedroom decorated in a retro/chic style, with a shower room and adjoining and independent toilets (6m2). The chamber is equipped with a lock. It is air-conditioned and you will find a coffee machine, a kettle, a 43-inch TV and a safe for personal items. WIFI available. Wardrobe and chest of drawers are at your disposal to store your belongings. Towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. The bed measures 160x200. Depending on the weather, breakfast can be served either on the balcony, at the front of the house, with a view of the village of Saint Paul de Vence, on the terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool or directly in the garden in the shade of Medlar. The house has at the back, direct and immediate access to all amenities: restaurants, bakery, etc ... We have a free parking space. To enjoy the region, it is best to come by car or rent one. The airport is 25 mins away, Cannes 30 mins, Nice 30 mins. In just one hour, you reach the mountains and Italy. In addition, we are the happy owners of two greyhounds who are the children of the house. They are very sociable, kind and clean and we are clearly gaga. If you do not like dogs, if you are afraid or if you are allergic, clearly our house is not made for you :). The house being in the heart of the village, naturism, outside the pool itself, is not possible. It should be noted that the pool measures 4 x 2.5 x 150 with the aim of cooling off and / or having aperitifs (in moderation), with your feet or your posterior in the water thanks to an integrated bench. The garden, the spacious kitchen, the living room and the terrace are all spaces of conviviality and exchanges with our guests. And we look forward to sharing these moments with you in our little setting in La Colle sur Loup.
