House rules and other useful information:

First, I ask you to send us a front and back photo of the Identity Document or Passport of each of the guests in the apartment. This is to facilitate the registration of your presence in the apartment with the relevant authorities. Also:

-Parties of any kind are not allowed, and we also ask that special attention be paid to TV or music volumes and to avoid noise after 10 p.m;
-No persons other than those declared at the time of booking are allowed, the number of persons who may use the apartment must not exceed the number of persons assigned to it, except in the case of children under the age of 4;
-For the acceptance of animals, contact the host, communicating size and other;
The moment any violation of the previously mentioned obligations is committed, the host, according to its own criteria, shall have the right to request to leave the house, without the guest being entitled to any complaint or refund.

We also remind you, that it is a rule of civil coexistence to leave the property as it was delivered, washing dishes, putting them back in their proper place and collecting garbage and garbage, which must be thrown in the appropriate bins adjacent to the property.
Failure to comply with these rules, will result in a penalty quantified as follows:
- failure to dispose of trash €15.00;
- failure to clean and reposition dishes €15.00.
These amounts will be directly deducted from the security deposit, with no right of complaint by the customer.

If you have booked the transfer service, as soon as you land remember to turn on your cell phone so that you can get the details to meet your driver.
