House rules

The house rules regulate the coexistence of all residents of the house. They contain rights and duties. They apply to all residents. Without a certain order the living together of several people under one roof is not possible. Everyone will only feel comfortable if all house residents show consideration for each other.
What to consider:
You have already agreed to these house rules when booking.
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
Pets are allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Any damage to the apartment must be reported to BarbatHome immediately at ********
Only toilet paper may be disposed of in the toilet. Baby wipes, kitchen towels or other items are to be disposed of in the household trash. Incorrect disposal via the toilet can lead to serious and expensive blockages.

Obligations of care and due diligence

The house entrance and courtyard door should always be closed. Between ******** these doors are to be locked. Likewise, the garage and outside gates belonging to the house are to be kept closed. The access roads to the garages and parking spaces are to be kept clear as a matter of principle.

No waste, food leftovers, grease or other objects that could lead to blockages in the sewage system may be disposed of through the drainage pipes - especially bathrooms, kitchens and toilets. These items belong in the designated waste container or in hazardous waste.

Storage of toxic or flammable substances in the apartment or basements including hallways is not permitted.

To avoid fire hazards, basements, attics and similar rooms shall not be entered with open fires. Floors shall be provided with sufficiently large metal sheets under furnace doors. In rooms with wooden walls, or with wood-clad walls, the stoves must be placed at least 60 cm from the wall. Chimney holes that are not in use must always be sealed airtight and fireproof.

As far as it is recognizable and ascertainable for the residents of the house, they will inform the owner (administrator) as soon as possible about damages, especially to supply and sewage pipes, dampness in the basement and roof area, elevator and about damages to the heating system.
Smoking is prohibited in generally accessible areas such as stairwell, laundry room, elevator, etc.

Quiet hours
Residents should behave in such a way that their fellow residents are not disturbed by noise, listening to music, playing music or the like. Especially on Sundays and holidays, as well as on weekdays between ******** o'clock, noise coming from outside the own apartment is to be avoided. Making music is prohibited during this time.
The regulations of the authorities must be observed.
Carpets, blankets, etc. may only be beaten out on weekdays and only at the place designated for this purpose from 8:00 - 19:00. The place is to be cleaned afterwards. Nothing may be shaken out, poured out and thrown out of windows, from balconies and in the staircase. It is forbidden to barbecue on the balcony.

Garbage
Garbage is to be disposed of separately, depending on which bins are available. Each user is responsible for keeping the garbage place...
