The rules of our B&B
In order for all of you (including you and us) to spend your stay at our B&B peacefully, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following:

1) The rules are understood to be read and accepted at the time of the down payment for your stay.
2) Unless otherwise agreed, we accept guests from 3:00 pm onwards; check-out is at 11:00 am.
3) You must show, upon arrival, a valid ID for registration.
4) Payment is made by ********, Pos or Bank Transfer.
5) The room linen will be changed once a week.
If you want to change a towel, leave it on the floor, otherwise, leaving the towels hanging regularly will not be replaced.
6) Cleaning is daily and is done every morning.
7) Properly use the toilet facilities W.C., throwing anything other than toilet paper into the appropriate bins.
8) Breakfast, included in the price, is Italian style and with local products and is served by agreement at the "Pasticceria Martinucci di Alessano". By exhibiting the appropriate breakfast voucher that will be given to you during Check-in.
9) It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the B&B and the rooms, while it is possible to do so outside (using the ashtrays).
10) Guests should moderate the volume of TV and conversations; it is recommended to avoid disturbing noises of any kind.
11) It is very important to always make sure that the master gate is securely closed.
12) Unauthorized persons are not allowed inside the facility.
13) Guests are asked to treat what is made available to them with respect: misuse of the facilities and any damages will have to be compensated.
14) We are in a region where water is a precious commodity and sometimes scarce! Let's use it sparingly.
15) Cancellation is free up to 20 days before your arrival. In other cases we will keep the amount paid as a deposit (usually 30% of the stay).
16) The management of the B&B is not responsible in case of any situation of loss, damage and/or theft of items left unattended and does not assume any kind of responsibility for any damage towards people or things that are caused by third parties or that are caused towards third parties. Any damage to the B&B facility or its furnishings with ascertained responsibility on the part of guests must be reported immediately and compensated.

17) In the event that problems occur that are not our responsibility in the provision of services such as Internet connection, telephone connection, water, gas, electricity, we shall not be liable for the damage caused.
