The reservation of a room implies the acceptance of the conditions of sale set out below in their entirety.

1) The prices indicated on the pages of the website are the only contractual prices. They include all taxes and may vary depending on the season and the type of service requested.

2 ) The reservation becomes effective when the customer has paid the entire stay. 75% of the amount of the stay will be payable by credit card when booking and 25% will be debited the day before the client's arrival.

3) The tourist tax is not included in the price of the room or the gîte.

4) Arrivals are from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Departures are from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (a supplement of €15 per additional 1/4 hour may be charged).

5) Our rooms and cottages are completely non-smoking. • For health and safety reasons, it is forbidden to cook in the rooms.

6) Breakfast is included in the price of the room, except for gîte rentals: it is optional, per person and can be booked the day before at the latest • Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday

7) The rooms and cottages have free wifi access.

8) It is accepted, in guest rooms, that the balance of the stay, and all the additional services (meals, drinks, etc.) are paid at the end of the stay. The non-dispute, in writing, within 24 hours of the service provided (room, meals, drinks, etc.), requires full payment at the displayed price.

9) The customer must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of them in accordance with their destination. He also undertakes to return the places entrusted to him in good condition. All of the accommodation being non-smoking, the client agrees to respect this instruction inside the houses, during his stay. Any breach of this obligation may result in his expulsion and the breach of the contract without any compensation being due to him.

10) Our house is located in an agricultural area and close to the A6 motorway. It is therefore established that the customer is aware of the inconvenience that this situation could generate:
- Harvesting, spreading...
- Possible noise pollution due to agricultural vehicles or heavy traffic on the motorway.
On the other hand, the house being very old, certain physical constraints can be dangerous: low doors, steep stairs, exposed beams in the attic...
The dispute of these various points by the customer cannot be the subject of a breach of contract, no reimbursement can be envisaged and the balance remains due.

11) The reservation of a room or a gîte is established for a specific number of people, including children and babies. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional customers or refuse access. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no refund can be considered and the balance remains due.
