We strictly separate the garbage on our premises and are happy to do it for you.
INCIDENTS / VANDALISM / THEFT
Please give notice immediately if something is not functioning as expected in the room(s) or the rest of the premises during your stay.

DRESS CODE
You are kindly asked to wear a shirt or top garment when entering the kitchen and living room area.
BIKES/ KAYAKS
There are bikes and kayaks at the disposal of the guests, but loaned at the owners’ discretion. You understand the inherent risk of using a bicycle or kayak and accept full responsibility for any damage or injury that may result.
PETS
Pets are welcome after consultation. We try to host you and your pet in the atrium room and offer a special shower room for dogs. We have the following conditions: always pick up after your dog, the dog can’t bark or howl if left alone, wet dogs remain outside and you bring your own towels. Note that we have two dogs on the premises.
SMOKING
Lådfabriken is a non-smoking B&B. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas on the premises.
NOISE
We ask you to respect all the other guests and to please keep noise levels down to tolerable levels after 10 PM. Please impose the same rules for the minors in your party. Note that the building is made out of wood with wooden floors that may carry sound further, so the 2nd floor is not a good playground for children.
RESPECT
We are supportive of all people and their relationships, we are respectful of all people, treat all people equally, and are non-judgmental. You are expected to do the same on our premises.
