As your host, it is my goal to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. Our mission is to help our guests create memories and enjoy some nostalgia in our retro inspired loft apartment. To ensure an amazing experience for us both, we've spelled out some house rules. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in following these.
1: Please clean your own dishes. You may leave them in the dishwasher, or strainer when you are finished.
2: only registered guests, or those noted in the booking, are allowed on premises. This is for your safety as well as ours. Should you have a guest who hasn't been listed, there will be an upcharge.
3: Absolutely No Parties or Events! We understand having friends and family over for a dinner, to hang out etc.. However only registered guests are allowed to stay the night.
4: No Smoking in the building! There is space outside in front of the building as well as an ashtray and seating (seasonally).
5: AC needs turned off when you are not inside the apartment, and never set lower than 70°. Heat should never be above 72. This building is well insulated due to its construction and holds temp very well.
6: Check in times are 4pm for cleaning purposes. Check out is 11 am. If you need to change this, ask please 😊
