The center of the Marais (5-10 minutes, depending on your pace), the Place des Vosges (5 min), the Promenade Planteé (5 min), the Centre Pompidou (20-25 min), the Seine (5-10 minutes), Notre Dame and the Hôtel de Ville (20-25 min) are all within walking distance, and all are beautiful promenades. A metro station (Bastille, lines 1, 5 and 8) is almost opposite the building. The Sully Morland station (line 7) is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The neighborhood is full of supermarkets (there's a Franprix 200m away), bakeries, grocery stores, bistros, cafés and restaurants.
