ABOUT THE SPACE
A great space to rest, relax and make yourself at home in Derry, New Hampshire with an outside private entrance that opens up to your private room and bathroom. We are located 8 minutes from I-93, close to Tupelo Music Hall, Manchester Airport, about an hour from Boston, the Seacoast, Lakes Region and the White Mountains. There is also a public boat ramp that gives you lake access within a couple of minutes from the property.
The space
The room is simple, modern, and warm which boasts a charming and cozy atmosphere. The private space includes an updated full bed, table and chairs, smart TV and a full bathroom. We provide coffee, tea, and treats to make you feel like you are home away from home.
If desired, you will be able to schedule access to a common area backyard patio and yard with a hot tub, grill, fire pit, and seating areas overlooking the lake.
There is off-street parking for one car. Please reach out to the host if you will need additional parking.
Guest access
Guests will have sole access to the private room and scheduled use of the shared backyard with hot tub, grill, sitting areas, and a fire pit.
As your room is a space with its own private entrance, we respect your privacy and security, but we are only a door away if you need anything.

Pleasenote:thebackyardandhottubareacommonarea. Backyardandhottub hours are 10am-9pm and are RESERVATION ONLY for 1 hr slot. We provide the reservation link after booking.
Only guests on the reservations are allowed on the property without express permission before arrival from the host.
Pets live on this property. You will not interact with them, but we ask that you be respectful of the following: NO parties, NO pets, NO smoking of any kind on the
inside of the property (cigarettes, marijuana, vape, etc), NO excess noise after 10pm.
