This newly developed space is located on the fourth floor of the Historic Theater Building on 4th St in downtown Louisville, immediately south of the central business district. We have no affiliation with the Palace Theater. Guests will not have direct access to the theater or theater privileges. You will enter the building through the main entrance on S 4th St and an elevator will take you to the fourth floor. The front door locks at 7 PM daily, but an exterior key pad will allow access to the building after hours.
The apartment features a spacious bedroom and full bathroom. The common spaces are well designed with plenty of room for all guests. The sofa converts into an additional bed. The kitchen features stainless appliances and has everything needed to make a meal, minus the food. There is a laundry room in the apartment with side-by-side washer and dryer for any laundry needs during your stay. There is an EV charger located inside of the garage if needed.
NOTE: You may be able to hear live music from the suite due to the busy nightlife, and being near 4th Street Live.
We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels).

This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community.

Only a few blocks away from the Hardy House is Milkwood restaurant, headed by internationally acclaimed celebrity chef, and James Beard Award Winner, Edward Lee has been on NBC’s prestigious, Top Chef. Vincenzo’s is one of the finest Italian restaurants in the region, while Proof on Main offers cutting-edge fusion fine dining. Righ on Fourth Street is Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse and Brazeiro’s Churrascaria, a smart Brazilian steakhouse. Uber and Lyft are available nearly 24/7 and can take you anywhere in the city. Most destinations can be reached in 15 minutes or less. Our city thrives on Lyft and Uber. Download the apps on your phone and be anywhere within minutes. Nulu and Downtown also offer a Bike Share Program, LouVelo, and scooters, Lime and Bird.
For this particular property there are a few parking options. Street parking is available for use. We provide 1 (one) parking pass to a parking garage located to the right of the building. This is for you to use during the duration of your stay. Getting around is easy! We have access to car services like Lyft, Uber and local taxis. Additionally, LouVelo (a bike share app) and Bird Scooters are located around downtown.
You will be renting an apartment. Unlike a hotel, no one is on-site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.
Our kitchens are well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware and dining utensils. Basics, such as salt, pepper, and oil, are often on-site. However, we are not always made aware when the last of these items are used. Please check the space before going to the grocery to ensure you have all items necessary for meal preparation.
There is a gym on the 3rd floor of the building for you to use as well.
