3- The use of the apartment is only allowed for residential purposes, no parties of any kind are allowed.
4- Any damage caused to the apartment or property belongings must be reported and will be charged for.
5- It is strictly forbidden to smoke any kind of substance in the apartment, including cigarettes and tobacco, there is a charge of $ 50.0 USD if found smoking inside or on the terrace.
6- It is forbidden to make parties or disturb the rest of the neighbors, the sound must be used moderately.
7- For long stays longer than two weeks, you must hire the cleaning service that will help you with the change and cleaning of sheets, comforters, bathrooms, windows and kitchen. this service has an extra cost.
8- Place your used towels in the laundry basket next to the washing machine.
9- People who are not part of the reservation are not allowed to enter.
10- Take care of the security by making sure to always close the entrance door to the property and the apartment.
11- Pets are allowed with a maximum weight of 10KL but you must be careful.
12- Colombian laws prohibit the provision of tourist services and sexual and commercial exploitation of children and adolescents.

13- Every time you leave the apartment, turn off the air conditioning, lights and leave the windows and entrance door closed.
14- Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please make sure to leave the kitchen as clean as you found it. The kitchen utensils that have been used such as pans, cutlery etc. must be clean, dry and put away in their place and give the keys to the host. Be sure to inform us of your departure time and leave the windows and door secured.
