Here you'll hear the song of birds, the sound of water (pool cascade starting 10 AM) and wind, without losing the proximity to the city center and without having to go to a distant town on the outskirts of the city.

** Our pool has a very complete system cascade functioning from SPA to pool, 29 solar panels for water heating, gas heater available at an additional cost, ambiance pool lights, air blowers and jets in SPA. All of this is controlled with an automatic display control, easy to use**
** Cleaning service, breakfast, transports, tours and whatever you might need can be arranged at an additional cost paid to the service provider.**
** Cleaning of the house and beddings once a week**
✿ Birds (inside the aviary) and gardens of the villa need to be fed/watered everyday, so it is necessary that someone come to the outside spaces of the villa (aviary & gardens) to take care of them (before noon), if you want you can let us know at what time this works better for you.
✿ April 2023 >> Now 4th bedroom can (optional) use a full bathroom located in a new adapted room just behind the laundry in service room in case you don't want to share bathrooms (top floor 3 mins walk), WE WILL keep perfecting this new space and NOT listed to avoid disagreements.
✿ I highly recommend reviewing the house manual, property rules and the Oaxaca guidebook once booked.
✿ Self Check-in instructions are displayed automatically by the platform to confirmed guests only, on their arrival date.

UNIQUE OAXACA is located in a very safe, quiet and cozy neighborhood, there are only houses in the surrounding area, it is also located on a private street and has 24/7 security cameras system.
Near the villa (5 minutes walking) there is a park for outdoor exercises & running and a small convenience store (3 minutes walking) with basic products (sodas, chips, bread, etc), a little further there is a local traditional market (Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays) and a bus stop (5 minutes walking from the house) which takes you to downtown.
** Uber only operates as Uber Eats and does delivery food to the villa.
** Next block to the villa there is a small hotel in which you can also have access to its restaurant "Entre Sombras". (walking distance 3 min).
** "EL NÚMERO" is the only gay bar in town, it opens from Thursdays to Saturdays and it is located in downtown. (10 mins ride)

✴ Someone will come to do the cleaning and maintenance of the pool twice per week, in the house manual you will find time schedule and days.
✴ Treat and enjoy the house like if it is yours, it is actually during your stay and we truly hope to have you back again.
✴ Smoking is allowed, however not inside the house out of respect for the following occupants, you will have all the outdoor space so there will be no problem, please do not throw cigarette butts into the gardens, pool or outdoor spaces.
✴ PET FRIENDLY FOR RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERS ✴ We love animals, but in order to take care of the property we have restricted the policy of pet friendly to small breeds dogs only and cats. Guests must be completely responsible of any type of damage. Each owner must be responsible for the excreta of their pet. One pet per reservation.
