• Our policy is no USPS mail delivered to the studio and only occasional express mail (FEDEX) deliveries.
• Do not download any apps or programs to the Amazon Firestick or Amazon Echo. This is strictly forbidden.
• Please do not leave open food on counters and dishes in the sink for more than a few hours. We have an exterminator service contract but this attracts bugs and we don't think either of us would like that.
• FOR TENANTS STAYING LONGER THAN 7 DAYS- Leave your bedding and towels on the back porch and we will clean and return these items the next day. Please advise us that you have done so. There are additional linens and towels in the closet.
• FOR TENANTS STAYING LONGER THAN 7 DAYS- after 7 days we reserve the right to enter the premises during the day for cleaning and a maintenance check. Appropriate notice will be given before doing so.
