Guest bedroom 2 (queen bed)
Guest bedroom 3 (two twin beds)
Outside beautiful gardens surround the East, South and West sides of the home. A large grassy garden with citrus trees and gravel patio on the East side is perfect for your morning coffee. The South West facing rear yard offers a large pool with spa, lots of deck space, table & chairs, loungers and lovely mountain views.
There is also a three car garage.

SECURITY CAMERA:
Ring security camera/doorbell at the front door for guest security (displays on Alexa Show in dining room when doorbell pressed). Also a camera on the side gate facing towards the street. There are no internal cameras or cameras around the backyard and pool area.
PETS:
Your four-legged friend is very welcome and we do not charge extra for their stay. However, we insist that you do not let your pets in the pool or on the furniture and that you must pick up after them in the garden. Any additional charges we incur from the cleaners as a result of your pet will be deducted from the security deposit.
POOL & SPA HEATING:
This is optional and available for an additional charge which varies from $10 - $65/nt depending on the time of year and whether you want spa-only heating or both pool & spa.
