The property is a licensed vacation rental. For security, and similar to checking into a hotel, in accordance with Royal Decree Law ******** of October 26, all guests, regardless of nationality or age, must register at the time of arrival. This is done through a form that is sent to the authorities.
Identity documents/passports, addresses, e-mail and contact details of all guests must be provided. If any minors are part of the group, they must indicate their relationship to the other guests.
The tourist tax is not included in the rate and the cost is 1 € per person/night from 16 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Payment will always be made on arrival, in ******** or through Bizum.
Checking is from 3 pm to 6 pm. For late check-in from 6 pm to 10 pm, a supplement of 50 euros will be charged (subject to availability). In case of no check-in, the guest may be considered as a no-show.
The check-out time will be at 10 am, to facilitate the organization and cleaning of the property, late check-out will result in a surcharge of 100 € to be paid on the spot.
The rest of the neighbors must be respected. Please do not exceed the noise limit between 11 pm and 8 am. The host reserves the right to call the competent authorities.
The accommodation will be kept in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. On the day of check-out, the guest must leave the property tidy, furniture and objects in their original position. The kitchen with its utensils clean and collected (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, microwave, refrigerator without food and drinks. No garbage should be left on the property.
Please do not throw wipes, sanitary napkins or diapers in any of the two toilets available in the house.
Sheets and towels shall not be used to wipe creams, make-up and other products. Failure to comply with this section will apply an additional charge of 100 € or more, for extra cleaning costs.
The guest will be responsible for the costs of lost keys, replacement of the same, as well as locksmith services or displacements if necessary. Also plumbing expenses attributable to the guest due to clogging or misuse of toilets, sinks or other installations.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke, vape or use electronic cigarettes inside the house, open spaces are available. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a charge of 150 euros payable at the time of check-out.
Pets of any kind are not allowed.
Visitors are not allowed. Only people registered in the reservation will be able to use the accommodation. Failure to comply with this rule will entitle the host to cancel the reservation without refund. The Aircover insurance only protects the persons identified in the reservation.
The accommodation has a private swimming pool. As it is a private pool there is no surveillance, it is the guest's responsibility to use it properly. It is strictly forbidden to eat and drink inside the pool.
