When you leave on the last day, simply leave the key on the fireplace and slam the door.
Cleaning
A cleaning fee will be charged for a quick clean between two rentals, but not for a clean lasting several hours, which will be charged triple. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it and respect it as if it were your own home. Cleaning products will be left on the kitchen island.

Personal belongings
As stated in the advertisement, this apartment is lived in and rented out only a few times a year, so there are several personal belongings. Please do not open the wardrobes in the bedrooms and living room.
Please also avoid using any fragile objects: wine glasses, cocktail glasses, beautiful crockery - accidents can happen 😵
Kitchen
You only have access to the stainless steel cupboards on the central island. Here you'll find all the crockery and utensils you need.
The fridge can also be used, but it can hold our food.
You can also use the oils and spices, as well as the aromatic herbs growing in the vegetable garden 🌿
Coffee and tea
For breakfast we let you have tea and coffee. 🍵
For coffee we advise you to use the Italian coffee maker, just fill it with water, coffee and let it heat until it starts to make noise.
For tea, a kettle is left at your disposal.
Hotplate
Sometimes the hob gets blocked when water falls on it. To unblock it, switch it off via the electricity meter inside the white cupboard at the side of the kitchen. Wipe off any liquid, turn off the power to the hob only, then turn it back on.
