Important: This is a shared space where you will have your own private bedroom and share the rest of the house with myself.
About me: 31, gay, professional, clean, courteous, and friendly guy. I work a Monday to Friday job with 1 day a week at home and 4 days at the office. Any questions, feel free to ask :)
Location: This house is in Edmonton’s quiet Prince Charles neighborhood. There is plenty of street parking and bus stops are minutes away.
House: This is a bright, clean and comfortable 3 bedroom home. It is ~1600 sq ft. The house is located on a tree-lined street that offers plenty of parking and sits across from a small park. It is located ~10 minutes north of downtown. There is a basement suite with a separate entrance that is home to a long-term respectful tenant.
Living Room: The living room has a large couch, a chair, a coffee table, 65-inch smart TV, WiFi, and is situated at the back of the house allowing for privacy while lounging.
Dining Room: Dining table has seating for 4.
Bathrooms: Guests have access to 2 bathrooms in the house: A private bathroom just off the guest bedroom that contains a shower/bathtub, toilet, and vanity, as well as a bathroom on the main level that has a toilet and vanity. The décor is white, clean and minimal.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a double-sink, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and stove top/oven. All dishes, pots, and utensils are available for use.
Guest Bedroom: The bedroom is large, clean, bright, and minimal in design. It has a queen bed, a large spacious closet, blackout blinds, and is located at the back of the house, opposite to the master bedroom.
Guest Office: an empty bedroom has been assigned to be a private office for guests. It contains a standard desk and chair.
Extras: Washer/dryer, iron, hair dryer.
