The passcode is 90606. Press the large button on the keypad with the lock icon on it. The keypad will illuminate. Dial in 90606, hit the lock icon again, and the door will unlock. It is best if you hold the handle and pull the door towards you as it unlocks as it will stick occasionally.
To lock the door from the inside just turn the deadbolt to the lock position; from the outside close the door holding the handle towards you and press and hold any number on the keypad for 2 seconds.
