Right next door to historic Gardner's Basin, you'll be able to take advantage of every one of our top rated sights and restaurants from your nearby grocery and deli (Cedar Market), to the best fried chicken you'll ever have at Kelsey and Kim's Southern Cafe. You'll be able to go from the AC Aquarium on the bay side of the boardwalk, to Tony Baloney's Pizza on the ocean side in just minutes.
We have a private driveway in the front for your car when you arrive. For when you travel around the city, parking in AC is generally very easy, cheap, and accessible. We also have the NJ Transit Bus a few blocks from the home that will get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in AC during your stay. But we always recommend seeing the heart of AC by taking a nice stroll down the boardwalk!

GENERAL:
Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, loud voices, and shenanigans down to a minimum!
No prom groups
No bachelor parties
No more than 8 guests (You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house.)
No smoking; If ANY sign of smoking is found in the home, the security deposit is automatically forfeited along with additional cleaning costs to be incurred by the renter.
If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed upon number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction.
SMOKING POLICY: Our home is non-smoking. If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios. Cigarette butts need to be kept in a container and disposed of properly. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home.
PET POLICY:
We do not allow pets here, sorry! There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property.
EV Charger:
Our EV Charger is available for your use during your stay for a fee. The charger allows us to track the cost based on usage. The cost will be added to your reservation along with a receipt.
CLEANING POLICY:
If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.
CHECK-IN:
Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.
