We love pets, but the Treehouse is a pet-free property. If you wish to bring your pet, please look at our other properties: the Artsy Cabin, Farmhouse, or Designers Cottage.
If you are bringing a service animal, you must register the animal with us prior to your stay and be aware that service animals can never be left alone in the house and must be kept on a leash at all times. We do charge $200 if pet hair is found on any furniture, such as beds or sofas,
No loud parties and events. This includes excessive noise, so please refrain from fireworks and shooting. You know, the loud stuff...
Free parking for 2 cars maximum.
This is a smoke-free house. If you smoke outdoor, please pick up cigarette butts. We will charge $50.00 if our crew has to pick up butts. Smoking inside will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $500.00.
