This apartment, on the bottom floor of a two-story building, has creaky floors. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the spot for you, but despite the potential noise, there is sufficient privacy. If two bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and access to a fitness center are pluses, this is the spot for you!
You have a keyless entry code, so no need to interact with us. But if you have any issues at all, we personally live one mile away, and can assist with any needs. There is also an on-site maintenance crew.
Upon booking, we will ask you for your email address, ID, and for you to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement, which includes your license plate and phone number, which we will give to the complex’ management, should any emergencies arise.
We gladly welcome guests of any length of stay. Those staying longer than 30 days will need an extra background check done, at an additional cost of $45.

Any guest staying 30 days or longer, will need to undergo a background check, for a $45 fee.
Any problems with the property need to be mentioned within 24 hours of checkin, if any sort of remediation is expected.
Late Check Out- 30 minutes late, additional $100. More than 1 hour late is an additional night’s stay fee, with no entitlement to the night’s stay.
No smoking in the house: neither nicotine nor marajuana nor vaping - $250 fee.
Pets are not allowed. Evidence of pets will incur a $350 fee, plus an additional $100 per night.
Commercial filming and photography is allowed with an additional addendum, pricing, and insurance requirement. Inquire before booking!
Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Any damages or mishaps, which lead to a delay in the next guest’s checkin, will incur a fee equivalent to the refund of the next guest. No parties.
