The free shuttles to other Aspen Ski Mountains (and around town) pick you up at the property as well. It is located on the third floor of the Prospector Condominiums, directly in front of Wagner Park. It has breathtaking views of Aspen Mountain from its private terrace. The terrace also features a private Sauna that is very simple to use.
The apartment has a kitchenette, an ample living room with a fireplace, and a dining area. It has one Murphy Bed between the common area and the master bedroom, and the couch in the living room also extends out into a queen size sofa bed. The apartment sleeps 4 but can accommodate six guests. The master bedroom has a full private bathroom, and there is another full bathroom located in the common area of the apartment.
A cleaning crew comes in every day and makes beds/cleans bathrooms/ plates/ etc. There is free parking on the property and free use of the locker storage room (for skis or anything you want). The laundry room is found in the basement as well.
I am looking to rent it out during Aspen Gay Ski Week (Jan 14-21). I am open to negotiating on dates, but ideally, I would prefer to have it booked out for the entirety of the event. I am setting a rate of $500/per night for four people, +$25/per day for each extra person, as is the condominiums policy (mostly because of the everyday cleaning service we provide). Children are welcome and it is PET FREE.
