Cozy apartment - Milan Central/Nolo/Buenos Aires

I ask you to take care of my apartment as if it were your own, so here are some simple rules. They seem like a lot, but they are daily rules that you would follow even in your own home:

- you can use the kitchen but I ask you to leave it clean after cooking taking care to open the windows to allow proper air exchange;
- properly sort your waste; you will find in the apartment several containers for plastic, paper, glass and wet waste. You will receive, after checking in, a video guide where we will show you where the bins are in case you need them;
- eat only in the kitchen: not on the couch, bed or in the rest of the house. Some guests ate on the couch and I had to change the upholstery at high cost;
- make sure to close all the windows when you go out and when you turn on the air conditioning;
- the hardwood floor is delicate; don't use shoes in the house. The floor is very clean so you can walk with socks or in slippers;
- when you take a shower please make sure there is no water on the hardwood floor;
- the kitchen top is very delicate, please pay attention;
- some cabinets/furniture are locked: please do not force the locks or the repair cost will be charged;
- in case of rain, leave your umbrella outside the door to avoid damaging the parquet floor.

It is absolutely forbidden to:
- smoking inside the apartment or in the apartment building;
- introduce animals of any kind;
- lighting candles or incense;
- organizing parties or inviting people into the apartment: the Italian jurisdiction does not allow access to people other than those stated. Contact me if you have this need.

You must provide a copy of your ID during checkin.

In case of lost keys we will charge the actual cost of replacing the security door cylinder.
