We're Johnny and Mark, a married gay couple in our early 60s and have settled in the North Fork. Welcome to New York's Napa! We have completely renovated, curated by hotel designers FHS Design. The brand new pool and spa are up and running, as is our private fine arts salon, The Great Room. We're right on the Wine Trail; you can grab one of our new beach cruiser bikes and head out to the wineries or soak up the sun at our private beach, an easy mile away.
We're a gay couple but you should know that our B&B, while adults-only and VERY gay-friendly, is not gay exclusively and we welcome everyone.
The house was originally built in the 1820s and had later additions in the 1850s, 1910s and 1980s. The house has been completely renovated, inside and out, top to bottom, and furnished with casual comfort in mind.
We feature a sumptuous continental breakfast and coffee and tea is always available, as are light snacks and bottled waters in our guest fridge. The guest fridge also offers a storage drawer for each room. You'll also find ice, ice buckets and wine glasses.
In addition to your room and private bath you'll be welcome in our lounge with a seasonal wood-burning fireplace, the great room and outdoor areas including the front porch, the outdoor room with a fire table, the lawns and the expansive pool area.
THE POOL: The seasonal pool, spa and outdoor shower are brand new, and are available from 9am to 10pm. The spa is contained in the pool. All the outdoor water amenities are available seasonally, from May to October.
THE BIKES: Our brand new beltless bikes are free and available on a first come first served basis, and you'll need to sign a waiver and bring your own safety equipment if you think you need it. Please treat our bikes as your own and guard against theft or damage. Locks are provided.

Southold is a charming town located on the North Fork of Long Island, New York. The town is known for its beautiful scenery, its historic sites, and its many vineyards. Southold is also home to a number of charming shops and restaurants. The town may not be as famous for gays as Fire Island, but WE ARE EVERYWHERE and you'll have a great time, especially if you like the water and nature.
We're located in the heart of New York's wine country. The neighborhood is a quiet, residential area with a mix of single-family homes interspersed with farms and bucolic wineries and vineyards (there's one across the street) and farms.
If you are looking for a relaxing vacation destination, Southold is the perfect place for you. The town is located just a short drive from New York City, but it feels worlds away. You can spend your days exploring the town's many historic sites, visiting its vineyards, or simply relaxing on one of its many beaches. Our private beach is located just a mile away, and you can visit with one of our passes.
The nearest grocery store is the Southold General Store, which is about 1 mile away and curated by the world famous François Payard. There are also many restaurants in the area, including the Southold Fish Market and the Southold Hotel.
The Greenport North Ferry is super close, and you can take it to explore Shelter Island and then it's a short ride via the South Ferry to Sag Harbor, our gateway to the Hamptons
Here are some of the things you can do in Southold:
Visit the Old Southold Burial Ground, a historic cemetery that dates back to the 1600s.
Take a walk or bike ride on the Peconic Bay Trail, a 30-mile trail that runs along the Peconic Bay.
Go wine tasting at one of the many vineyards in the area, such as Le Crouteaux, a family-owned inyard that only makes a young rose, both still and sparking.
Visit the Southold General Store, a historic general store that has been in business since 1840.
Enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants in Southold, such as The Old Homestead or The Inn at Southold Farm.
Visit charming old whaling town, Greenport, super close to the east.

We're honest and you be too. We're respectful of you, so please be respectful of us, our other guests and very importantly, our neighbors. This is our home and we want you to feel very comfortable. We never have guests when we're out of town, so if you want to know something, just ask. We're here to help!
* All guests need a full profile with ID verification, a clear, identifiable photo and completed profile which includes telling us who you are, what you do, and a little bit about your life. We also need to know about travelling companion.
* If you're new to misterbandb or haven't made a proper profile it would be great if we knew something about you personally, as you know EVERYTHING about us. Remember, misterbandb is a social site, and a little friendly info goes a long way. Also if you are traveling with someone it would be better if we had a picture of you two.
* Please don't smoke anything inside, but smoking outside is fine.
* No additional guests unless previously agreed to; additional guests may not check in before the ******** account holder.
* Any early arrivals (before 4:00 pm) or late arrivals (after 8:00 pm) need to be agreed to by us before booking, so please let us know if you have an unusual arrival time so we can see if we can accommodate you.
* We live in a quiet neighborhood. Curfew for hanging out in the gardens is 11 pm on Sunday-Thursday and 12 am on Friday and Saturday. It's OK to duck out for a smoke, but please be respectful of the neighbors and keep voices down after these hours.
* Close doors softly, especially during quiet hours. Please don't slam your bedroom door or bathroom door.
* Please be very careful with our house keys. We give keys to ******** account holders only. If you lose the keys or fail to return them we will immediately re-key the door at your expense.
* We will hold you to our published cancellation policy and it will be handled automatically by the misterbandb system, so please be sure before you book. If you need to cancel you need to contact misterbandb.
* We reserve the right to change at our discretion any reservations (including instant book) over 7 days in duration from to moderate to strict cancellation policy rules.
* POOL: Please observe pool hours. Glass containers are not allowed by the pool and we have provided plastic glasses. If you break glass in the pool it will have to be drained and refilled at your expense (approx. $1,500). Please shower off any oils or skin creams you may have used before getting in the pool.
* BIKES: Our brand new chainless bikes are available for free use. There is a $900 per bike per charge to cover theft or destruction. You are solely responsible for damage or theft and bodily injury to yourself and/or others and you will need to sign a waver to use our bikes. Locks are provided; please bring your own safety gear if you think you need it. These bikes are brand-new so please treat them as your own.
* Filming rates $5,000 per day. Still Photography rates $2,500 per day. Professional inquiries only.
* For your protection and ours, we don't accept or extend reservations outside of the misterbandb system.
* Most of all, have fun, enjoy our home!
