If you have very few five star reviews (less than 10) and/or minimal personal information in your profile we will require a government-issued photo ID that includes current home address within two hours of booking.
We may also require a separate application and/or rental agreement at any time prior to, during, or after the MisterBnb booking process, regardless of number of reviews. If your credit or background check is unsatisfactory then we reserve the right to immediately require Guest to cancel the booking. This process does not replace a booking thru MisterBnb.
