Please...
* don't seat wet on interior sofas, armchairs or chairs because they are not waterproof. Use outdoor furniture while wet anytime.
* Do not sit at the tables in the apt.;
* if something breaks or a spillover happens just let us know so we can fix it, unforeseen events happen and a fee may be charged to replace what was broken;
* do not use face or bath towels to clean bathroom floor OR spills of any kind. There is a floor cloth (and cleaning products) under kitchen sink and a mop in the garage.
* * DO NOT use face or bath towels to clean makeup or spills because it stains and doesn't come off, towels stained by sunscreen, makeup , wine etc will have an additional cost of $20.00, per towel
* Do not smoke inside.
* do not receive visitors
* do not make noise from 11 pm to 8 am in the patio area, bring your music indoors and close doors and Windows.
