Check-in from 3:00 pm. Check-out by 11:00 am. Overnight self check-in possible upon completion of the online check-in procedure. In order not to disturb the peace of the building, holding parties and receiving more than two (discreet) visitors at a time is also strictly prohibited. No noisy activities and music are not allowed outside the following hours ********) In case the apartment will be left with dishes that need to be washed or in a poor condition of order and cleanliness the guest agrees to acknowledge 80.00 Euro at check-out as a reimbursement for extra cleaning. It is requested to properly sort garbage (in accordance with municipal regulations) and to dispose of it, before departure, in the appropriate bins in the courtyard of the building. In case of garbage abandoned in the apartment and/or not properly differentiated, the guest agrees to pay a penalty of 60.00 Euro. In the case of lost keys, the guest agrees to pay a refund of 90.00 Euro. The apartment contains valuable furniture and design. The guest agrees to promptly inform the host in case of damage, scratches, stains caused by him/her and to fully reimburse the amounts for their repair or replacement. You may be asked by the host to provide VISA or MASTERCARD card details as an additional guarantee for damages. Electricity in the apartment has an available power of 3 kW. To prevent annoying disconnections imposed by the meter please use the appliances that use more power such as oven, hair dryer, etc. individually.
