- A fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities including a fridge with an ice box (for that very necessary ice cream in the summer months), a toaster, kettle, an oven, and a stovetop. The kitchen also comes equipped with a Nespresso machine which is our little contribution towards making you feel like you are in 5 star accommodation.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, fitted with hotel quality linens to ensure your comfort as well as White Company towels for another touch of luxury.
- A bathroom, with a lovely walk-in shower. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Have a lovely stay.
## Access
Guests will have access to the entire home!
## Interaction
We want you to have the best possible stay and we are always available on ******** for anything you might need as well as any questions you might have about your stay. We are locals and love to impart our knowledge with our guests. You will also get a guest manual which contains lots of information about how to make things work as well as plenty of information about where is good to eat and drink. If you veer away from our list and find something incredible, tell us about it and we might even put it in our manual!
## Neighborhood
The flat is situated a minute's walk from the bustling Western Road where you will find many excellent restaurants, exciting little independent cafes, a beautiful florist (worth just going in to have a look even if you don't buy anything!), pubs and all the convenience stores you need. You are also about an 8 minute walk to the sea. What you need to know about Hove is that it is so much less busy than Brighton. Even on the hot days, the Hove end of the beach is a much quieter spot. We are always on hand to recommend where to go and where to absolutely avoid. Before we lived in the area we used to come to Hove a few times a year and very keen to pass on what we learned.
## Check-in and Check-Out
Our check in works with Key Nest, which is self check-in. You will need to pick up the keys from Lord of Wine which is a convenience store a 2 minute walk away from the flat. I will provide the pick up code a few days before your stay commences.
To pick up the keys, simply give the KeyNest code to the person behind the counter and your keys will be handed over to you.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is no later than 11am. This allows the cleaners to make sure that the flat is at the highest possible standard for the next guest.
## The Things We Have to Mention (sorry!)
We charge £50 for each set of lost keys. For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noise, or outside guests.
We also have some additional extras which you can add to your stay, all of which will be listed and explained in the guest manual after booking. These include a delivered breakfast, Personal Trainer Services, a call-in session from a massage therapist (who is quite the looker too!), cake ordering and beach towels rental.
