House in Empuriabrava 8 minutes from the beach

Beautiful house on the outskirts of Empuriabrava. Its location will allow you to enjoy one of the most touristy areas in the area without noticing the frenzy that this entails!
The property is located at the end of a dead-end road, you can park your car in the parking lot or in the street.
Right as you walk in, you'll see that you can either go up to the second floor or stay on the ground floor. If you go upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first one on the right hand side has a double bed open to a second room with a sofa bed and a small terrace that gives a very good interior lighting. The other two rooms, one has a raised bunk double bed with a large desk just below, and the second has an individual bed. Both rooms offer good lighting thanks to their extensive windows.
These three rooms share a very spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Finally, this top floor has an air conditioner that is located in the hall of the three bedrooms and the bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a huge dining room with a table for six, a sofa and a wide access to the patio. Directly in front, there is a kitchen equipped for six people, with a washing machine, oven, hob and a large fridge / freezer; and next to it a small bathroom.
From the kitchen you also have access to the patio, where you can enjoy the sun and the good summer temperatures while taking advantage of the barbecue, the outdoor sofas and the hammocks!

Empuriabrava is the exclusive residential marina in the municipality of Castelló d'Empúries. Located on the shores of the Bay of Roses and in the heart of the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park, it is one of the most beautiful marine areas in the world. Genuine for its unique design in Europe, it has more than 25 kms. of navigable channels, thus becoming the dream of any lover of the sea and water sports. The marina has more than 5,000 moorings, most of them with direct access to the residences and the most protected port on the entire Mediterranean coast. It also has an aerodrome, offering the possibility of reaching Empuriabrava by land, sea, and air.

Empuriabrava has three different beaches that extend 7 km. Sandy, wide and long, and shallow, ideal for family enjoyment and water sports. Empuriabrava beach is an urban beach with all the necessary services and fun activities for children and adults. The European Union has recognized the quality of its waters and sand with the European Beach Award, as well as with the EMAS and ISO 9000 certification. The beaches of La Rubina and Can Comas preserve the dunes and the wealth of fauna and flora protected by the Nature Park. They emphasise the practice of all sailing sports.

Skydiving, wind tunnel flying, golf, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, hiking, biking, horse riding, running, karting, tennis, paddle tennis, and all the classic sports. Empuriabrava, due to its geographical location, is one of the most important elite sports centers in the state. It has the best facilities in Europe for practising skydiving and, next to it, the Wind Tunnel, which allows both sports professionals and anyone who wants to live the dream of flying. The impressive Bay of Roses, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, is ideal for any sailing sport and the rugged coastline of Cap de Creus, perfect for diving, snorkelling, or kayaking.

Fun, entertainment, and sports are part of Empuriabrava's daily life. Its wide range of restaurants, activities and sports make it an ideal place to share experiences with friends and family. The weekly market takes place every Saturday along the seafront, one of the largest markets in the region.

The municipality of Castelló d'Empúries - Empuriabrava belongs, since 2011, to the club of the most beautiful coves in the world, along with Roses, Sant Pere Pescador and L'Escala. The Bay of Roses offers more than 45 kms. of beaches. These are characterised by having shallow waters, ideal for families and to enjoy water sports. The coves, calm and with transparent waters, with cliffs that fit in with the softer coastline of the Costa Brava. The bay borders to the north with the Cap de Creus Natural Park, to the south with the Montgrí Natural Park and to the center with the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park.

Documents to sign/fill in once the reservation is confirmed:
- Rental agreement.
- Declaration of minors (if any).
- Registration to the police website (Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015).

All these documents will be signed/filled digitally.

Cancellation and collection policy

When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
