About the Place

Wake up and smell the ocean! My place is great for families or groups of close friends. This apartment is fully renovated and features 3 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 baths, and in-unit laundry room. Street parking is scarce in the summer, but this rental comes with one on-site parking space!
The location is perfect, its a two block walk from the beach and boardwalk and just under a mile to Cookman Avenue!

This rental is a large second-level apartment in a three-family property. Use of the covered front porch space is not included with this rental unit.

The apartment has been professionally designed and furnished and features a cozy sectional sofa, memory foam mattresses, and tasteful artwork and decorations. Central air conditioning works efficiently to keep the place cool on hot summer days. This space is located on the upper level and faces south, which provides ample sunlight throughout the day. Ocean breezes flow freely through the unit when the large windows are open. All bedrooms feature black out curtains (in addition to blinds) to keep the sun out on lazy summer mornings.

This property is suitable for clean, quiet, respectful families or groups of close friends. Primary renter must be minimum 30 years old. We also ask that all guests agree to remove their shoes inside the apartment, out of respect to our guests in the unit below.

We have invested significantly into sound mitigation measures in the demising walls between the three rental units. Over many years of renting these spaces, there has not been a single complaint regarding noise from neighboring units.
Guests have exclusive use of the above described rental Unit, as well as one private parking space in the rear lot. The front porch space is not included for use by guests of this rental. In the pictures of the parking area you may notice a BBQ on the rear patio behind the house. This patio and BBQ are exclusive to guests of another rental unit and are not included with this rental.

Rental of this unit also includes 6 adult season beach badges to Asbury Park beaches, as well as 6 backpack beach chairs and 6 beach towels!
It a residential neighborhood in a beach town with city options. Walk 2 blocks to the boardwalk to watch the sunrise. Have a coffee at the Asbury Park Roastery in Convention Hall (can be viewed from the driveway). Take a 10 min walk to Frank's Deli for an old fashioned Jersey breakfast with pork roll. Walk off breakfast the long way - boardwalk from Asbury, through Ocean Grove, Bradley Beach, Avon, Belmar, and Spring Lake. Take a nap on the beach in Asbury. Hit mini-golf and the Splash Park or the Silverball Museum and Arcade. 1/2 mile north of the apartment rent bikes from the Asbury Park Cyclery on Main Street. Walk along Deal Lake to Main Street and rent paddle boards or kayak or fishing tackle at the Deal Lake Dock Company. The ShowRoom Cinema shows an eclectic mix of foreign, indie, popular and documentary films. In our 1.4 square mile town there are 40+ restaurants and 35+ restaurant bars, nightclubs and music venues. If there's too much to do in the neighborhood, you can just relax on the beach.
You can walk, bike, or skateboard everywhere. You can drive your own car, rent a car nearby, or come by train to Asbury Park station one mile from the apartment. Lyft and Uber drivers are practically on stand-by in Asbury Park.

This property is suitable strictly for mature responsible groups of families or friends. Respect to our neighbors is of paramount concern and as such absolutely no parties or late night noise allowed! All guests must agree to remove their shoes when inside the apartment.

There is no smoking inside the unit or on the covered porch. Guests are welcome to smoke outside on the front lawn or in the rear parking area.

This listing is only available for stays of 31 nights or greater, and published pricing applies to three set rental periods only. Reservations differing from the set rental periods may be subject to price adjustments. If any of these terms do not work for you, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate!
