HOUSE RULES

Thank you for booking our property. We hope you have a wonderful stay. Please don't hesitate to contact us at any time if there is anything we can do to insure you have the best possible experience.

For the enjoyment and safety of all our guests and neighbors we kindly ask that all Guests adhere to the following basic House Rules:

I. SHOES

We kindly ask that all Guests remove their shoes while inside the Property.

We ask this partly because the floors and the woodwork were just renovated. While they are entirely usable we are told that the various sealers may take longer to completely "cure" therefore rendering the floors more easy to damage / scratch during this time.

II. VALID ID AND PHONE NUMBER

For the safety and security of all Guests and Neighbours, Guests are required to have a valid working Phone Number ("Number") and Valid photo ID ("ID"). No Guest is permitted on the Property without providing the Host with a working phone Number and valid Photo ID.

If a Guest refuses to provide the Host with a valid working Phone Number and valid photo ID the Guest will not be permitted on the Property and forfeits the entirety of their stay with no refund.

III. FURNITURE ARRANGEMENT

Please keep all indoor furniture in its current place.
Indoor furniture is not to be rearranged.

Moving furniture on the newly renovated "uncured" floors will damage the floors.

The furniture is also carefully located to accommodate a visually impaired occupant who relies on its precise current location.

IV. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS

For the safety and security of all our authorized guests our insurance provider prohibits us form allowing unauthorized guests on the premises. If you wish to add additional guests to the booking please contact us ASAP. We will do what we can to assist you to add an unauthorized guest to the booking. Each additional guest will be charged at the full base overnight rate.

V. PARTIES AND GATHERINGS

In compliance our insurance requirements (see above) and for the safety and enjoyment of all our guests and neighbors, Parties, Gatherings, and Functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property without the written consent to host.

VI. NOISE

Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties. Especially during "Quiet Hours" of 11pm – 8am, and upon arrival and departure of the property.

Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property with no refund.

VII. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You, your Guests and any Visitors, agree that any drug use on the Property, or use of the Property for any unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the Property will immediately terminate your occupancy and be grounds for immediate removal from the Property without refund. The primary Guest will be liable for any and all costs incurred by Host and no refund will be provided for the remaining balance of the stay.

VIII. KEYS:

On checkout please leave the keys on the kitchen counter.
