CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-In is at 3:00pm and Check-Out is at 11:00am. Unfortunately, we are unable to be flexible on Check-In and Check-Out times since our cleaning crews are scheduled in advance and have a very limited time between guests to adequately clean and prepare the apartment for the next guest. However, with 24 hours notice we will gladly assist in coordinating a luggage drop off prior to Check-In if you arrive in Savannah prior to Check-In time.
DURING YOUR STAY, please:
• be mindful that there are other residences in very close proximity and that noise levels should be kept to a minimum, particularly after 10:00pm in the courtyard
• know that SMOKING (of any kind, vaping included) or open flames (candles, incense, etc.) INDOORS or OUTDOORS on the property. If it is discovered that this house rule has been violated, you will be asked to leave immediately and will be responsible for a $500.00 fee. No exceptions.
• be aware that the use of illegal drugs/substances is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and you will immediately be required to leave the property if you fail to follow this house rule
• do not flush anything other than small amounts of bathroom tissue down our toilet (including regular wet wipes, flushable wet wipes, feminine products, condoms, paper towels, etc.) - There is a $750.00 fee if a plumber is required during or immediately after your stay as a result of not following this house rule
• be aware that for security purposes, the front entry area, side of the building, back alley as well as the courtyard are under 24 hour video surveillance.
AT THE END OF YOUR STAY, please:
• please try to leave the space in the same condition in which you found it
• should your trash can become full during your stay, please place the bag on the screened porch and notify the host for removal
