The Lily Pad is located on the South Island just 5 minutes from the main town area and 10 minutes from the popular "Split & Lazy Lizard" area. It is only a short walk from the village, yet far enough away to enjoy real peace and quiet. We are not directly on the Beach or Waterfront but it is never a long way to go to get there as the Island is only 1KM wide. The neighborhood is very safe and the Cottage was completed in March 2019 so it is a fairly new cottage with lots of amenities. 1x (5 Gallon) jug is supplied for a 2-4 night stay OR 2x (5 Gallon) Jugs of water are included for a 5 night stay or longer, as well as A/C in both bedrooms, and ceiling fans throughout the House. A full-size fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker are also at your disposal. For a 3 night stay or longer, we offer a complimentary pick-up service from the Ferry terminal or Airstrip to get you and your luggage to our cottage and 4 complimentary Bicycles are provided for our guests as well. There are currently 56 Golf cart taxi services on the Island or you can choose to rent your own Golf Cart while you are here. We do not cover the return taxi trip but if you let us know the time of check-out and when you need to depart, we will arrange the taxi pick-up for you.

KIND REMINDERS & HOUSE RULES
Please take a minute to read the House rules outlined in your rental contract Thank you! 1) No Smoking in the house please. We allow responsible smoking outside on the patio but please empty the ashtray into the sandbox provided.
2) In trying to conserve the Island Energy please do not run the A/C (Air Conditioning) when you leave the house. It only takes 10 minutes to cool the room(s) once you return. Also, If there is rain in the forecast, please close the windows when you leave.
3) We love animals but ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE COTTAGE PLEASE! * They bring unwanted guests with them*
4) Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms, and if you spill a drink or food please clean it up promptly as it will attract unwanted guests. We also recommend emptying the garbage daily if there is food waste inside as it will attract fruit flies. There is a big garbage bin outside just beside the main gate that you can use.
5) Please do not use our towels to wipe up spills or remove makeup.
6) No loud parties / loud music after 12pm and unregistered guests are not permitted overnight.
7) You are responsible for any damages or missing/broken items.
8) Please make sure most of the lights and stove are off when you check out.
9) Please respect our property. We worked hard to build this cottage so you can enjoy it.
