My space is located a few meters from the path that connects the Cala de la Villajoyosa with the idyllic nudist cove of Raco del Conill, which you can reach in just 15 minutes walking along a quiet walk along the mountain, among pine trees and the sea breeze.
In addition, it is located just 800 meters from the picturesque beach of Cala de Finestrat that offers turquoise blue water, a wide and good gastronomic offer in its small and exquisite local restaurants, among them I would like to highlight the "Puig Campana" which offers an excellent rice with lobster and the "Restaurant Peter" a typical Spanish restaurant with excellent quality menus at the beach, a supermarket open until midnight and a festive and bohemian atmosphere to enjoy a good drink without the need to take the car.
It consists of two double bedrooms, one of them en suite, sunny, equipped with Kingsize beds, fitted closets, central air conditioning, mountain views and a small desk, ideal for the home office.
In addition, there is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. You will have a spacious living room, with a touch of tropical green life, with cozy colors and warm lighting, ideal for enjoying afternoons and evenings with friends surrounded by a good meal, a plate of Iberian ham and sausages plus a good glass of Spanish red wine.
From the living room there is access to a large and cozy terrace, with open views of the mountains and Benidorm, so you can enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the Cala de la Villajoyosa, without losing sight of the bustle and skyscrapers that emerge from the ground of Benidorm.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a stay that lacks nothing, with ceramic hob, fridge, oven and microwave. Also on the terrace you will find a washing machine so you can do the laundry during your stay.
A complete stay in my space includes mind and body revitalization by joining the quiet, simple, cozy and good energy atmosphere of the apartment with the communal facilities that include a Spa, equipped with Jacuzzi, sensation shower and Turkish bath to recover after a day at the beach and hiking in the mountains; a well equipped fitness room to keep in shape, large swimming pool, paddle tennis court, gardens and private parking in subway garage.
The apartment is well conditioned, with open views, fresh air, central air conditioning with Hot/Cold function, seasonal comforter with quality duvets and an orthopedic mattress for a stay where you can feel at home.
Near the space, you can find a wide variety of stores and restaurants, to eat on the beach, easy access to the Mediterranean freeway, Carrefour, Mercadona, cruising areas and paradisiacal coves and is ideal for people who value nature and the cozy simplicity of the Mediterranean.
As tourist activities I would like to recommend a visit to the old town and beach of Villajoyosa (5.6km), Altea (16.2km), Guadalest (25.4km), Alicante (39.8km), Peñon de Ifach Calpe (31.2km), Playa de la Granadella (57.4km), Cala el Portixol (52.8km), Moraira (46.2km).

Also, as recommended attractions, there are the Pubs and LGBT area of the old town of Benidorm, historic and picturesque villages such as La Villajoyosa, Altea and Guadalest.
If you are traveling by car and have free time, Valencia city or Murcia could be good options for a getaway.
