First and most important “house rule” have FUN!
With that being said, we ask that you remember we have neighbors. Please be sure all items are kept inside the apartment, like, shoes, beach chairs, towels, etc..
I like to be as flexible as possible for all of my guests. It is important that we coordinate proper check-in and check-out so the cleaning crew is able to come in prior to every visit.
Our goal is to be sure we help others have a great vacation, with five-star accommodations. Please remember there are no parties allowed, loud music, etc. We ask that you treat your stay as if it was your home away from home.
We are asking all of our guest to please be mindful on the use of air conditioning‘s, ceiling fans, lights, etc.. We have not increased our prices even though electricity prices have gone up. We share this to be able to maintain our prices, and we are asking all of our guests to please shut off, Ac‘s, lights, and fans, when heading out for day trips and on departure day.
We know many families absolutely take pride in leaving the place as clean as they found it, just as we do when we travel. Many Guest also feel compelled to do laundry. This is not a requirement by any means, we will handle this. However for those that insist, we ask please be sure to not mix whites and colors or different color towels in one batch. Unfortunately this has happened to often and many of the towels will have colors mixing through them especially the whites.
Again laundry is not a requirement, however please be sure not to mix the colors.

Check-in time is usually after 2PM and check-out time is 10 AM. We are extremely flexible and understand there are different traveling schedules happening, feel free to reach out so we can coordinate a good check-in and check-out time that works for you, and our cleaning staff.
