I bought the 'apartment that , after having renovated it in an environmentally sustainable way , also furnished according to the 3Rs Recover, Reuse and Recycle but especially with the 3Cs - Heart, Color and Creativity I want to make it usable both for a stay in my beautiful village of Tricarico, province of Matera but also to use it as a strategic starting point to know a hospitable and unique Basilicata to live and get excited. The apartment is ideal as it is spacious and very bright and lends itself x more situations.House suitable for families, friends , couples who will be able to have their own entrance, floor and dedicated bathroom and then live the living area together. House appreciated by digital workers and smartworkers being bright, quiet and with large spaces, equipped with the necessary, including multi-sockets, ergonomic chairs, chest of drawers, coffee machine, and the panoramic view of the village, for a sustainable and pleasant vacation/work .I accept reservations with a minimum of two nights just for sustainability; I live next door and will be available for any suggestions or requests... The surrounding area

Area less than a kilometer from the historical center, with various services such as Bus Stop, Supermarkets, Tabacchi, Church . The apartment is in the well-served residential neighborhood with small square and ample parking. It borders a green area that slopes down to the Borgo di Tricarico. Country of Arab-Norman origin and well preserves traces of it in its neighborhoods, towers, alleys. It is rich in culture, history and traditions one for all the famous Carnival with its mask. There are museums, churches to visit but also the Civita; remarkable is the forest in which it is immersed. It has been the birthplace of illustrious people such as the poet Mayor Rocco Scotellaro, but also the 'artist Antonio Infantino .

It is in the center of BASILICATA so it is in a strategic position to visit Matera , the Lucanian Dolomites , the Ionian Sea , Maratea , ,the lakes of Monticchio , the forests of Pollino .
