The best sunsets in Costa Dorada!

The apartment is located in the Residential Ocean Atlantic Street, in a quiet building with very good neighbors.

It doesn't have an elevator but don't worry because you only have to go up two floors and the stairs are wide and quite comfortable.

Once there, the house is made up of:
- A room with a double bed, with its closet where you can store all your belongings. The bedroom has light-colored blinds in case you don't want to be seen from the outside, but also dark-colored blinds so you can sleep soundly. The views are to the outside (the same as the balcony).
- A spacious and cozy living room where you will have a very comfortable sofa bed, a 42-inch TV and a dining table with 4 chairs (although the maximum allowed is 3 guests).
- A fairly large bathroom with bidet and bathtub. The water heater is gas, the hot water does not run out!
- The kitchen that has all the utensils you will need during your stay: refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, blender, etc. The oven is not available to use, but for that we have an air fryer!
- Through the kitchen you have access to the laundry room where you can use the washing machine and clothesline.
- And finally, a beautiful balcony with views of the urbanization but also of the sea, where you can spend all the time you want. From breakfast, lunch or dinner, or for a few drinks, a coffee or tea. It really is a very nice place to relax and watch the most beautiful sunsets on the Costa Dorada.

As you know, the apartment has a maximum capacity for 3 people (by law), so we thank you for complying with this regulation.

In addition, no matter what time of year you come, the apartment is conditioned so that you do not get too hot in summer or cold in winter, since we have a hot and cold air split in the living room and it reaches the entire apartment. But please use it wisely... we don't want the light to be extremely expensive and then we have to remove this service (the same with the washing machine service).

The apartment will be exclusively for you. Only you will not have access to a second room that we use as a deposit.

- Bed linen and towels for the shower are supplied. However, you must bring your beach towels as we do not supply these. The only beach accessory we supply is the umbrella.
- Supplied: coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper, shampoo, body and hand soap. In the kitchen you have all the necessary utensils for cooking and there are supermarkets very close.
- You can make free use of the washing machine and air conditioning. However, we hope that you use it sparingly and think about the electricity bill that is not cheap in regular basis.
- There is free parking around the building and it is a very safe area.

If you want to work remotely from my flat, don't worry, you'll have fiber optic internet with 600mbps (quite fast).

The tourist tax of 1€ per person per night will be charged in ******** when you do the check in. A maximum of 7 nights is paid and children under 16 years old do not pay.

Additionally, the data of all guests (identification or passport number) will be requested since it is a requirement that the local police asks of us.

IMPORTANT: Smoking, pets, drugs or parties are not allowed in the facilities, not even on the balcony. This is very important please!
