Thermostat
There is a baseboard thermostat in each room that controls the heat in that room, during the colder months please ensure they are set to no lower than 60 degrees and no higher than 75 degrees. During the warmer months there are window air conditioning units placed in the bedrooms and main living/dining area; please ensure these are turned off prior to departing at the end of your stay.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils as well as an array of spices and coffee accoutrements. These are meant to be used during your stay but please leave behind anything that was at the house upon your arrival. There is a traditional coffee maker and espresso maker with instructions on use. Please be sure to empty used grounds from both coffee makers prior to leaving the property.
We provide dishwasher packs so that you may use the dishwasher during your stay. Please only use designated dishwasher detergent and be sure to run the dishwasher prior to departing at the end of your stay. Please be sure to clean any and all kitchen items that were used during your stay. Also, please do not pour any grease or oil down the kitchen sink as this could damage our septic system.
Bathrooms
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets as the house is on a septic system which can be damaged.
