THE SPACE
Upon entry to this beautiful three-level designer home, a spacious open concept welcomes you. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors with screens allow for the ultimate in indoor-outdoor living. In the fully equipped kitchen, there is a gas range and a stainless steel refrigerator that dispenses bottled water and ice.
For dining options, you can choose among the bar seating for your morning coffee and breakfast, the adjacent formal dining area with a custom 6-person dining table and chairs made by local carpenters, or the outdoor covered dining area with ceiling fan.
When you're ready to relax, the living room provides comfortable seating on a huge oversized sofa and connectivity via wireless AirPlay to stream your favorite content from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac to the 65" Samsung 4K UHD SMART TV.
Next to the kitchen, you will find a hallway to the laundry room with front-loading Samsung washer and dryer and to the half-bath with a sliding door that opens to an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. From here, you can also access the outdoor dining and pool areas as well as the secure, gated parking for two vehicles.
As you make your way up the floating stairs to the second level, you will find your king size guest bedroom with A/C, ceiling fan, huge wardrobe, bench, and Tulum feel. If you need a desk for remote work, we can provide. Just outside your bedroom door is your exclusive use guest bathroom with a massive bathtub for two (a rarity in Tulum) and a rain shower. You are also welcome to use the outdoor shower and all of the villa’s facilities. We provide plush bath towels and pool/beach towels as well.
Breakfast consisting of fruit or fruit, yogurt and granola with toast and jam, and black coffee is included.
Secure parking for two cars and laundry available too. Lastly, must love dogs as we have one small rescue dog!

Casa Cangrejo is located in Florafauna, Tulum's premier residential neighborhood. Our neighbor is the luxurious Bardo Hotel which offers day passes to enjoy their amazing pool, bar, and restaurant. Palma Central, Tulum's gastronomic food truck park, is also just steps away. Finally, we are a short walk to super popular Burrito Amor as well as Tulum Jungle Gym Pueblo. By bike, scooter, or car, we are just a few minutes from the new beach road (Av. Kukulkan) which takes you straight to the beach. We recommend a renting a car or scooter to get around Tulum or a bike at a minimum although we are walking distance to the ADO bus station. We can also recommend the best local beach clubs, cenotes, and how to visit don’t miss attractions like Tulum Ruins, the Sian Ka’an Biosphere, or Chichén Itzá.
