Newly renovated Waters Edge is great for families, friends and couples! Fill your days with kayaking, wine touring, grilling and swimming! Spend your nights cooking delicious meals, going out to eat in one of Genevas amazing restaurants, sipping Finger Lakes wines and brews by either fire pit, or star gazing. This newly renovated home still has it original cottage feel and is the perfect place to spend the day together, and return back to your own private accommodations at night!
Water's Edge, located right on Seneca lake, is a beautiful unique Duplex with two separate living areas. Ideal for families and friends who want to spend the days together, and retreat to separate sleeping quarters at night. Water's Edge offers breathtaking lake views throughout the house. You will see some of the most beautiful sunrises while enjoying coffee on the balcony, or just staying cozy in bed.

Our home offers 2 separate private living spaces. The first-floor unit is adorned with floor to ceiling glass doors, that give you a relaxed feeling and a beautiful view of the lake as soon as you enter. This space has an open floor plan, the kitchen is adjacent to the plush living room with a smart TV. Off to the right is a small bathroom, with a shower and all the amenities you will need after a long day on the lake. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom area, and a bunk bed in an alcove for those extra loved ones sharing your lake experience. The second private living area is accessed through a separate entrance on the second floor. This area offers spectacular views, with a balcony where you can enjoy the calmness of the lake. The kitchen area opens up to a living area that hosts a smart TV, a pull-out couch, and an electric fireplace for cold evenings! There is a queen size bed located in a private bedroom. The bathroom in this second unit is also a shower only bathroom. Both units offer an awesome beach, dock, grill (propane provided), fire pit, and 2 kayaks with life jackets for your enjoyment.

Please note, this house is only listed on vacation websites and anywhere else might be a scam, amenities are subject to change, guests are required to sign Get RED-y Vacations guest rental agreement prior to check in, cleaning and processing fees apply, and there is a camera at the entrance of the property.
The duplex is rented as an entire property.
We are in the middle of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, 10 minutes outside of downtown Geneva, and within 10 minutes of Hobart William Smith Colleges. Waters Edge is just a few minutes from Roy's Marina or Port's fine dining, and just a short drive from Watkins Glen State Park for some incredible hiking.
Driving is the easiest way to get around. We have Uber, many wine touring options and local taxis.
Please note: Neighbors live here all year long, please be respectful of them. The town has an ordinance of quiet hours, between 10pm -7am, it is enforced.

Boats cannot be docked at the property

The town ordinance, only allows 2 cars to be parked in the driveway. An additional car can be parked in the grass before the Railroad

Our Train/RR crossing: we love our trains & barely notice/hear them. They pass infrequently (~1-2/24 hours), are short (<2 min), & have no regular schedule. They are not required to blow their horn @ crossings, so please be careful to stop and look both ways whenever crossing the tracks!
