Welcome to the Golden Triangle neighborhood, home to more than 16 galleries & museums and dozens of restaurants and shops. This centrally located townhome is just minutes to Nightlife, Denver Performing Arts Complex, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, Denver Art Museum and anything downtown. We comfortably sleep 10 in 3 bedrooms, a pull-out couch and a rollaway bed. This is your hub for going out and luxuriously designed with gourmet kitchen and rooftop patio with skyline views for staying in.
Modern architecture and design awaits you in this 3-story townhome. We offer a full chef’s kitchen with gas stove, complimentary coffee, kitchen island w/ seating for three, sleek quartz countertop & a table for six.

The penthouse level has a private rooftop patio that overlooks the Denver skyline. Enjoy the comfy couch, dining table for 8, fire pit, along with a cabana and cornhole for those 300 days of sunshine.

The 3 full bathrooms and powder room boast high-end finishes throughout including double vanities and a soaking tub in the primary suite.

This home away from home has a spacious open floor plan with flat screen Smart TV, a fireplace, a barbecue deck off of the kitchen, classic Pac-Man arcade, front-loading washer & dryer, high security gated community and attached 2-car garage.

You’ll have access to the entire house, no restrictions, to include the 2-car garage (fits 2 compact cars or one mid-sized SUV when parked at an angle). Essentials provided to include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, linens & towels, fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed internet.
Please note that this property is a multi-level townhome with only one bedroom on the ground level. The kitchen and all other amenities are accessible only by stairs.
We offer contactless check-in/out by way of digital keypads and are here to help with 24/7 guest services.

* No smoking is allowed inside the home including on the main level barbeque deck, as it disturbs the neighbors. You may smoke on the open roof deck, but please properly dispose of your butts and other smoking paraphernalia- do not flick butts, roaches, or leave them on the deck. Violating the smoking policy will result in a $250 odor fee for deodorizing. Thank you for your consideration.
* No parties are allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm-8am. Any noise violation or complaints will result in an immediate eviction and a $500 fine. We are an end-unit, but we do share walls with neighbors and the sound carries when outdoors.
* We are pet friendly to well-behaved, housebroken pets. A $100 pet fee applies. Please be courteous to other tenants and pick up all pet waste.
Downtown Denver is a very eclectic neighborhood, you can find just about anything you are looking for. 

There are numerous activities to choose from, including:
• Amazing restaurants
• Comedy clubs
• Bars
• Sporting activities

This area of the city is rapidly changing and expanding, with new businesses emerging up all the time. Being in the middle of everything has its advantages, Denver is known for its historical landmarks.
We use Uber for most things in the downtown area because parking can be difficult to come by.

If you do opt to drive there are pay lots and garages, as well as street parking, depending on where you are.

Bring your hiking shoes! The majority of downtown Denver is pedestrian-friendly, and there is a free bus that runs down 16th Street (you can catch it at the mall), as well as other buses and light rail trains.
This property is located in the heart of the downtown area so expect typical city noise, especially while using outdoor spaces. Please be cautious with your possessions as you would in any other city. Do not leave them in the car or out in the open, and always lock the doors and windows.
