The living/dining room has two sofas, TV with Netflix, Wifi connection and indoor fireplace. There is a dining table inside the house for cooler days. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker and cooking utensils. There is a washer/dryer.
Throughout the house there is heating and heat pump, as well as air conditioning in summer.
Outside there is a 300m2 garden with barbecue. There is outdoor furniture. There is parking inside the property. We also have electric vehicle charger without extra charge.

As visits to the Costa Brava are the beach of La Fosca and Castell. Both can be reached by the Camino de Ronda. And there are highly recommended medieval villages such as Peratallada and Pals. The best gastronomic offer is Palamós, as it has many restaurants and bars in a very charming fishing village.
