On the second floor of the building you will find Gym, Swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath and a super store with everything you need. Just 100 meters away, you will find the ARA supermarket, when you exit to the left. On that road you will find a beach bar with shrimp cocktail, egg arepa and fish in various forms, delicious. You can also ask for home delivery by the beach or at the reception. Next door are the Holiday Inn and Sonesta Hotels, which have Bar and Restaurants. You can also easily get white cabs at the entrance of the hotels.

- To the north Serena del Mar, residential area and restaurants, modern Hospital, University and Golf Courses. via the viaduct the Great Mangrove of 6 kms. 15 minutes from the apartment
- 1.30 hours to Barranquilla, Colombian city very beautiful, modern, commercial, with the Malecon of the famous Carnival.
