Each TV/AppleTV is setup with Netflix, Disney Plus, ESPN and Amazon TV. Just a few steps into the backyard is a beautiful pool and relaxing jacuzzi surrounded by maturing trees. In the front there is a full driveway to park your vehicle. You and your guest will be the only people using this relaxing place.

I do understand some guests may have additional people they may want to spend a little time with at the house; very understandable… the reservation of for one plus their guest. There is a fee for additional guests. I prefer to keep this an experience and relaxing place for 2, I find my guests appreciate that as well as my neighbors. There are limited smoking areas available and the quiet time city ordinance is 10:00pm. There is no loitering in the front yard, so I don’t disturb my neighbors.
