The kitchen includes; quartz countertops, stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, a coffee station with coffee, tea and sugar, pots and pans, knives, a rice cooker, cutlery, plates, mugs, cups and bowls for mealtime.
The living room upstairs includes an L shaped sectional sofa with pillows, coffee tables, side table beside the couch, 55 inch Samsung smart TV, and TV stand.
The 4 bedrooms include a luggage rack, bedside nightstands, a closet for storage and 2 queen and 2 double beds.
The upstairs bathroom includes a toilet, walk-in shower (included shampoo, conditioner and body wash), medicine cabinet, hair dryer, sink, mirror and soap dispenser.
The downstairs living room includes a work station, a ping pong table, and a couch that's a futon.
The bathroom downstairs has a tub to soak in, toilet, sink, and soap dispenser.
The laundry room included a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
You will be able to access the whole house, which includes upstairs and downstairs (4 bedrooms, both bathrooms, living area, and downstairs which includes the office space, entertainment area and laundry room.
The backyard and decks will be available during Spring up until the end of summer.
The couch downstairs is a futon and the property can accommodate up to 10 people. Perfect for a large group of people.
We do allow events but nothing too wild as there are other neighbour's to consider. We must be respectful of our community so noise must be to a minimum.

Absolutely no smoking, and no drugs inside the house. Events are allowed but no loud music and noise after 8pm as it's a family community and we must respect our neighbourhood.
Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the property. Guests shall hold Host harmless and indemnify Host from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of guests or invitees.
Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks or hardware under any circumstances.
Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules.
No shoes within the house. A mat and shoe holder will be provided in the closet at the front entrance to put your shoes.
Pets are allowed and will be charged a rate of $150 per stay. Use the backyard for pets to urinate or defecate. If there are stains in the house, a manual charge of $200 will be charged for the cleaning fee.
During your stay, cleaning is your responsibility, examples include; washing dirty dishes, cleaning the coffee station, throwing out trash in respective bins. Underneath the kitchen sink has 3 bins, garbage (black), organics and the recycling bin (blue). They are all labeled, please put your trash in the correct bins.
If upon your check out the kitchen is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning, such as scrubbing off grease and burned in or dried food we will charge you additional $50 cleaning fee. Any items removed from the premise will be charged back to the Guest.
Please note, check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am. There are no extensions as we need the time to clean and sanitize the property.
Please turn off lights when not in use as well as electric appliances, (hair dryer, coffee maker, TV, etc. The same goes for water, please do not leave the taps or the shower open when not in use.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Smoking is absolutely not allowed in the house even if you have the windows open. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, vapes and tobacco. If we smell smoke in the house right after check out, you will be charged additional cleaning fee of $750 and will be liable for ALL damages incurred as a result.
No candle burning, incense, and open fire of any kind inside the house. You will be liable for any and all damage directly or indirectly caused by your actions or actions of people staying with you or visiting.
Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Any makeup, foundation, face creams, hair dye. any tanning products and anything else that stains and cannot be cleaned by laundry, will be charged back to the Guest.
If anything was spilled on the furniture or broken, please let us know right away and we will handle it. Please do not attempt to fix it yourself. If extensive cleaning needs to be done it will be done so and charged back to the Guest.
A doorbell camera is used only at the front entrance of the house.
