The apartment is about 150 sq m large, consisting of an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms with box-shower and three bedrooms, has a large veranda of about 100 sq m, covered by a wooden canopy, fully lit and a garden of about 400 sq m, with impressive trees, bordered by a stone wall. The villa, is accessed through a gate and a driveway on either side of which are the two dry stone walls, made of stone.
There are 6 beds in three bedrooms, consisting of two Queen Size double beds with Memory Foam mattress and a double sofa bed. In the largest bedroom there is another single sofa bed, so, a maximum of 7 to 8 people can be accommodated.
The apartment is on the ground floor, independent and in modern style, equipped with 50-inch flat-screen TV in the living room, Smart TV in each bedroom, free WiFi with Fiber Internet, kitchen equipped with utensils and all accessories, complete with fridge, dishwasher, kitchen oven and microwave oven, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, clothesline, electric kettle, Lavazza coffee machine, GSM perimeter alarm system and outdoor video surveillance, outside also a barbecue.
The apartment is equipped with sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels and bathrobes.
There are two sunbeds, two bicycles, and shared with Villa Laura, a ping-pong table, a 10-square-meter rubber mat, 2.5 cm thick, for physical activity or for children to play safely.
The doors are regulation so you can move freely in the house, with a wheelchair.
Pets are welcome, both in the house and in the large surrounding space, which is totally bordered by a fence that surrounds the villa and makes it safe for them to stay. Surrounding this is a second fence that also bounds the surrounding olive grove, where animals can equally be safely released, as it is completely fenced off.
