1- Maximum of 8 people in the villa including children. List of guest names must be submitted and it will be given to security officer who will verify this at the entrance and will give each person a Band to be able to use in common areas. The villa owner is charged $5 for each person.
2- Visits are not allowed for short-term rentals.
3- The entrance of more than two cars is not allowed.
Failure to comply with the following may incur fines to the owner, who will pass the charge to the guest:
1- No excessive noise or loud music.
2- Do not hang clothes or towels in common areas, windows or balconies.
3- Do not eat, drink, run in or around the pools.
4- No glasses, bottles, plates or any glass container in or around the pools.
5- Hours of use of the pools 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
6- Pet without a leash and/or without control.
7- Collect pet excrement.
8- Hostile behavior or obscene words is not allowed.
9- Loud music or disorder after 10pm is not allowed.
10-Garbage must be thrown into the container in the street in front of the property.
