Only a 5 minute drive (30 minute walk) to the Domain shopping district, a 5 minute drive (40 minute walk) to the Q2 Stadium, and a 15 minute drive to downtown Austin and 4th Street (Austin's gay bar district). It also backs up to the Walnut Creek Park biking and walking trails and is right next door to Big Tex Gym for anyone looking to be active!
The condo has modern finishes with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a Queen sized bed, and if needed, I can provide an air mattress for parties of more than 2. You will have access streaming services (Netflix & Amazon Prime) and my collection of board games and puzzles. I also have a personal bike that you can rent as well if needed!
The complex has its own tennis courts right next to the condo for anyone that wants to get a game in (I can leave out some rackets for you if you'd like to play while you're here). There is a beautiful, shaded pool for anyone looking to take a dip. We have an on-site laundry facility that you'll have access to as well!

If you'd like to rent my bike, use my tennis rackets, or need access to the air mattress, please let me know before you arrive. They will be locked away and not accessible once you arrive.
If you have a car, I will provide you with a parking pass that you'll need to tape to your windshield on the bottom left hand corner. If you have more than 1 car or don't want to tape the pass to your windshield, you'll need to park in a designated visitor spot. There are usually plenty available, but they aren't right next to the unit. The parking pass will need to be returned when leaving! If you don't return the parking pass I have to buy another one from my HOA, so you'll incur a $50 fee after checkout.
